(More customer reviews)I used to go to Cape Cod as a child, and always loved it. This summer I am taking my wife and kids there, and cannot wait. I've been using this guide as one of my primary resources for planning the trip (with a lot of TripAdvisor to supplement). So far, I've really enjoyed the book, and it's been exceedingly helpful. It is broken down into manageable and easy to understand sections. I particularly liked the history section, which described the history of the Cape and individual histories for each of the towns; and the activities section, which described all of the fun things to do. The description of the hiking and biking activities was particularly helpful for me and my family. There are decent maps at the beginning of the guide which are useful for planning, but not necessarily navigation. It is interesting to note that many of the restaurant recommendations you find in the book are not necessarily in the top listings for TripAdvisor. I recommend comparing notes between the book and that website for current reviews on both restaurants and hotels (of course, I'd recommend that for any travel destination). Overall, I am very pleased with the guide, and recommend it for anyone travelling to the Cape.
