(More customer reviews)Having recently used the Eyewitness series of guide books in Italy, this book isn't in the same league. The organization, accuracy, and presentation are all less than perfect (and being unfamiliar in general with Montreal I can't comment on the coverage). It has the de rigeur sights, restaurants, and maps, but some maps don't have enough detail, and in one case, the location of a famous bagel store was off by a couple of blocks.
In short, buy this guide if you are going and can't find something better, but expect a few hiccups.
